The Vancouver Community College Leadership Coaching Associate Certificate program guides students through the process of achieving leadership success by fostering genuine coaching partnerships that inspire and support the exploration of new ideas while effectively utilizing peoples’ creativity and ingenuity to reach organizational goals.
