Shampooing and Scalp Treatments (HAIR 1102)

This course includes analyzing the hair and scalp, determining client needs, client preparation and selection of appropriate products. Basic chemistry relating to shampoos, conditioners, rinses and products required for corrective treatments are also included in this course. A general knowledge of anatomy in relation to scalp and hair treatments, enables students to perform the specific manipulations required when offering these services.
