Overview of court processes, systems, and functions such as commencing legal proceedings, defending actions, setting a matter for trial, production of documents, discoveries, and general interlocutory applications. Prerequisites: Torts (LEGL 1204), or master chapters 4-5 in the current edition of
Business Law in Canada, by R.E. Yates, T. Bereznicki-Kozil, and T. Clarke.
