Cucina Italiana – Italian Wine and Food Pairing (CUIS 1159)

Nothing enhances a meal more than a finely paired wine. In this course, part of VCC’s Italian Master Class series, you will learn from an Italian Master Chef about the best grapes to complement your favourite Italian dish. Learn the history and culture of a region of Italy, from North to South, while you taste delicious Italian food and perfectly paired wine. Tuition fee includes GST, cost of supplies and ingredients.
