Cool your palate with while you learn the fine art of creating gourmet gelato in this workshop as part of VCC’s Italian Master Class series.  Learn about, prepare, and sample delicious and refreshing gelato from a particular region of Italy – from North to South.  Tuition fee includes GST, cost of supplies and ingredients.
