There are two steps to booking an appointment for exam supervision.
*Do not have exam materials sent to our centre until your supervision appointment has been confirmed and the fees have been paid (after step 1)
Please complete the appointment request form. This request does not confirm your appointment. We will call you to arrange payment and finalize your appointment. Payment is required before an appointment can be confirmed.
Completing this appointment request form will ensure we receive important details about your exam, such as:
- computer-based or paper-based
- duration of exam (more than 3 hours will incur additional fees)
- any special invigilation requirements
These factors will help determine if we have availability to invigilate your exam.
After payment has been made, we will send you an email confirming exam delivery instructions, appointment details, and location information.
Contact your institution and arrange to have your exam sent to us in time for your scheduled appointment.
Rescheduling policy: if you need to reschedule your appointment, we require three (3) business days notice to avoid an additional $15 rescheduling fee. You may reschedule your original appointment a maximum of two (2) times. After that, it will be considered a new appointment at the full $50 fee. If you need to cancel your appointment, we require 10 business days-notice to be eligible for a refund, less a $15 non-refundable administration fee.
